An early visionary who recognized that cybersecurity is an essential pillar of any IT strategy, Jacqueline Reigner advises a wide range of organizations. Among those seeking her expertise are numerous SMEs that appreciate her pragmatic approach—one perfectly tailored to their daily realities and budgets, allowing them to effectively ensure both information security and data protection.

Holding a PhD in Science from the University of Lausanne, founder of Sémafor Conseil SA, and Honorary President of the Swiss Information Security Association (CLUSIS), she is also the creative mind behind an original training program: La BD de la Cybersécurité (The Cybersecurity Comic Book).

A recognized leader in cybersecurity and project management, Guillaume Saouli is driven above all by his passion for innovation, quality work, and human development. An expert in data protection and secure information system architectures, he is actively committed to passing on his knowledge through training and mentoring.

With 30 years of cross-sector experience in IT and cybersecurity, Yves Lepage has held strategic roles as an executive, CISO, and consultant. An innovative leader, entrepreneur, speaker, and author, he actively contributes to the development of security standards (ISO Subcommittee 27). Highly qualified (Master’s degree, CISM, ISO 27034), he stands out for his dedication to sharing his expertise, effortlessly adapting his message to any audience—from C-level executives to technical teams.

Yves Lepage

Former EMEA Legal Director for several American multinationals, François Gacougnolle is now a Legal Counsel & Data Protection Consultant. He focuses his extensive expertise on corporate legal compliance, personal data protection, and the legal aspects of cybersecurity. A partner to the executive team at Sémafor Conseil SA, this dual-degree holder (Master’s in Private Law and Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration) has been based in Switzerland for over 30 years, perfectly combining legal rigor with a multidisciplinary team approach.

François Gacougnole

Nicknamed “the cyber expert,” Roberto Alvarez combines a dual background in physics and computer science (University of Geneva) with a cutting-edge specialization in cryptography and quantum telecommunications.

Drawing on highly technical experience—ranging from fraud detection and high-frequency trading to the development of a quantum computer prototype in 2012—he fully masters security standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27002) and networking (Cisco). Having honed his skills with several Internet Service Providers, he now supports companies in auditing, maintaining, or building their IT infrastructure from scratch.

Roberto Alvarez

An IT engineer and partner at Sémafor Conseil SA, Frédéric Mouthon acts as a true outsourced Chief Information Officer (CIO) for his clients.

With extensive experience in IT management, this “IT strategist” designs innovative and pragmatic solutions. Also serving as an Enterprise Architect at the Directorate General of Information Systems for the State of Geneva, he leverages his advanced expertise in digital strategy, project management, system development, and overall optimization.

Frédéric Mouthon

A specialist in digital strategy and marketing, Aline Bougaret guides the digital transformation of companies with a passion that dates back to her childhood.

A graduate in digital communication (Université Grenoble Alpes and Université Libre de Bruxelles), she gained her early experience in Parisian startups during the 1990s and 2000s before relocating to spearhead the digitalization of tourism players in Guadeloupe. Now based between the French Savoie region and Brussels, she brings her wealth of experience to Sémafor Conseil, driven by her motto: “to reinvent oneself with every new project.”

Aline Bougaret

A lawyer by training, former Cantonal Judge, and the very first Data Protection Commissioner for the Canton of Geneva, Isabelle Dubois is a true authority on compliance. Operating independently since 2014 through her firm AD HOC RESOLUTION, she acts as a consultant and external Data Protection Officer (DPO) for various organizations.

Also a university lecturer (UNIGE, HES-SO), she partners with Sémafor Conseil SA through the affiliate company Cap sur la Conformité, seamlessly bridging the gap between legal frameworks and information security.

Isabelle Dubois

Gianfranco Brunetti is an artist, graphic designer, illustrator, and comic strip creator. Along with Jacqueline Reigner, he is the co-creator and illustrator of La BD de la Cybersécurité (The Cybersecurity Comic Book). Gianfranco is well known for his artistic creations, particularly La Ferme à Bolomey.
